Many of you will want to bring your students along when you travel. Here are some guidelines for notification to EF that should be followed.
- If you will be away from your home overnight and traveling with your student, give your IEC a heads up (text or email)
- If the student will be away from the host family domestically (even if it's with natural family), EF needs to file paperwork. Please notify your IEC at least 3 weeks in advance
- Separately, if you should travel internationally with your students, EF will need file get the student's DS2019 modified and get natural parent approval. Please notify your IEC six weeks in advance so we can get proper paperwork in order.
